Location: Portsmouth (Modern Office)
Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 basic + strong uncapped commission
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm (flexible)

A growing global freight forwarder with multiple sites across the UK is seeking an experienced Freight Sales Account Manager / Business Development Manager to join its Portsmouth office.
This is a new business-focused role, targeting road freight customers across the South of the UK, offering excellent earning potential and long-term career progression within a fast-growing organisation.
Key ResponsibilitiesWin new road freight business across the South of the UK
Build and manage a healthy pipeline of new customers
Develop long-term, profitable client relationships
Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding
Prepare quotations and present tailored freight solutions
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Proven background in freight sales / road freight / logistics business development
Strong new business development track record
Confident negotiator with excellent relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
50,000 - 60,000 basic salary
Uncapped commission with strong earning potential
