2 days 3 nights 2 days 2 nights (every weekend days)

• Security Officer must prevent and deter unauthorized access, monitor alarms, intruder alarms, and CCTV, and conduct internal and external security patrols as per Assignment Instructions. They are responsible for carrying out security checks and reporting findings, managing keys in compliance with Assignment Instructions, and responding to security incidents and alarms promptly. Additionally, they must maintain accurate records and logs as required to ensure operational integrity.
• Security Officer must provide support, guidance, and information to staff, visitors, and contractors, ensuring safety and security procedures are followed at all times. They should report and manage incidents, faults, and hazards, and respond to emergencies while liaising with emergency services. Responsibilities also include maintaining and testing fire alarms and equipment and investigating causes of fire alarm activations to ensure compliance and safety.

• Must be working towards acquiring a valid SIA Licence.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• Must be over 18.

A candidate must have a five-year checkable employment history or provide documentary evidence for any gaps, with no current criminal convictions
. A full UK driving licence and own transport is desirable. They should demonstrate the ability to uphold Securitas core values:

. Candidates must be punctual and reliable and willing to work shifts covering days, nights, and weekends

• Prior experience as a Security Officer in the security industry.
• A First Aide qualification would be advantageous.
