Service Administrator

H.R. Owen, the UK's leading luxury automotive dealer group, is seeking a Service Administrator to work with Rolls Royce in Cranbourne House, Potters Bar. The role requires strong organisational skills, efficiency, and knowledge of the Service Department to benefit the dealership.

The Service Administrator will assist Dealership Managers and Service/Warranty Advisors, implement and control processes related to Warranty, Customer Follow Up, Manufacturers Aftersales policies and Dealership Administration programs. The experienced H.R. Owen Rolls Royce team will provide support, advice and training to develop candidates.

• Ownership of role, strong attention to detail, multitasking, innovative problem solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication; accurate use of computerized systems.
• Deliver highest levels of customer service to external customers and internal Service Department.
• Passion for luxury industry, recognition of excellence, knowledge of H.R. Owen brands.
• Confidence and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Outstanding interpersonal skills; communication across all company levels.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of Service/Warranty procedures to process claims quickly and fairly.
