I am currently recruiting for a Retail Marketing Specialist for a well‑established business with a multi‑site presence, going through an exciting period of growth.

• Be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns for new store launches
• Develop and manage promotional activity and community engagement
• Work closely with multiple store teams and external agencies for marketing campaigns
• Track the in‑store experience and overall in‑store marketing performance

• Over 2 years' experience working in a field or retail marketing role
• Strong understanding of local marketing and store operations
• Experience of working across a multi‑site environment
• Comfortable with extensive travel across the UK
• Strong project management and commercial skills

• A salary of up to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
