We are currently recruiting for a Logistics Team Leader / Hire Hub Controller Team Leader to join us in Potters Bar. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the work they do, the service they provide and getting the best results for their clients.
Responsible for coordinating the delivery and collection of hire vehicles for clients. This includes ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate, compiling the paperwork required for drivers, and maintaining smooth communication between clients and the business. In addition, you will manage and supervise the Hire Hub team, providing guidance, support, and leadership to ensure the department runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities- Arrange client deliveries, vehicle swaps, and collections.
- Handle email and phone queries efficiently.
- Print and prepare paperwork, highlighting key information and required signatures.
- Complete accident and theft report forms.
- Allocate appropriate vehicles to claims.
- Carry out DVLA checks on clients.
- Verify claim information for accuracy against system records.
- Review and check client documentation.
- Liaise with the AA to assist clients with breakdowns or issues.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure records are up to date.
- Collate team timesheets.
- Organise team rotas and holidays to ensure full reception coverage.
- Lead regular team huddles to communicate depot priorities.
- Support colleagues in developing competence within their roles.
- Communicate with stakeholders across the business to ensure smooth operations.
- Undertake any other reasonable tasks to support the efficient running of the business.
- Fluent Portuguese and English speaking and written skills
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Excellent administration abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous experience as a Team Leader or in a senior role within a similar environment.
