Il candidato ideale deve avere almeno 2 anni di esperienza nella ristorazione o nel retail, capacità di leadership e ottime doti comunicative. Tra le responsabilità ci saranno la gestione del team, la supervisione operativa, e il rispetto delle norme di sicurezza alimentare.
