Tue 07:00‑11:30;
Thu 07:00‑12:00.
To be an effective Stock Manager, you will lead, inspire and motivate your team to prioritise performance targets. Every day will be varied, fast paced, challenging but ultimately rewarding. The role requires strong leadership and coaching skills and a commitment to personal development.
About the RoleThe Stock Manager supports the growth of our online business and ensures customers receive an excellent online experience and service. You will encourage your team to meet performance targets, manage returned items, refunds, and pack stock for online orders.
Responsibilities- Support the Store management team across back‑of‑house areas and communicate effectively with the Store Manager.
- Manage a team to deliver accurate stock processes in an operationally efficient, safe environment where targets are met.
- Create an atmosphere of support, motivation and inspiration for the team.
- Demonstrate a hands‑on approach, adapt to change and work alongside the team.
- Ensure communications are up‑to‑date and accurate at all times.
- Passionate about customers, people and products; energetic and motivating.
- Great communicator: friendly, calm, efficient, works with all levels, remains presentable under pressure.
- Result‑driven team player in a fast, challenging environment; adapts quickly.
- Problem‑solving, decision‑making and innovative idea generation.
- Effective multi‑tasker; plans, organizes and prioritises workload.
Successful candidates must evidence the right to work in the UK. This role is not typically considered for sponsorship.
