We’re looking for a driven and proactive Account Manager
to join our lively and friendly team. In this role, you’ll build strong relationships with key clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and value from our products and services. You’ll be the bridge between our customers and internal teams — helping translate client needs into successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing client accounts.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer communications.
  • Identify new opportunities for account growth and cross‑selling.
  • Collaborate with project, engineering, and support teams to deliver outstanding service.
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through regular reviews and proactive engagement.
  • Support tender responses and contract renewals.
  • Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, or business development (ideally in technology, engineering, or transport sectors).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify new business opportunities.
  • Organised, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities.
