As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated Junior Account Manager
to join our dynamic team and help nurture our valued client relationships.
As our Junior Account Manager
, you’ll play a key role in supporting our customers and ensuring the successful delivery of projects and services. Working closely with senior account managers, engineering, and operations teams, you’ll help maintain smooth communication between KeTech and our clients.
You’ll develop a strong understanding of our products and services while learning how to manage accounts effectively — an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a technology-driven environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support senior account managers with day-to-day client communications and sales coordination.
- Help manage customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and meeting targets.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for client review.
- Track sales progress and maintain accurate account records.
- Attend client meetings and assist with presentations or reviews.
- Identify opportunities to improve service and strengthen customer relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver on our commitments.
We’re looking for someone who’s enthusiastic, organised, and eager to learn. You might be a recent graduate or have 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Willingness to learn about technical systems and solutions.
- Some experience in account management, project coordination, or office based customer service.
- Interest in technology, engineering, or transport industries.
