Valuation Surveyor (Residential) £50,000 - £60,000 (£60,000 - £70,000 OTE)  Flexible hours  Company Benefits  Commission Structure  Fuel Card Preston/Remote Are you an MRICS qualified Valuation Surveyor with experience in Level 2 home surveys looking to become an integral part of a tight knit firm that offers training to become a level 3 home surveyor, flexible hours and potential for personalised progression plans?

This Chartered Surveying company has expanded significantly within the past decade, completing residential surveys across the North of England. Due to an ever-increasing workload, they are now looking for new addition to their tight-knit, friendly team. In this role, you will deliver Level 2 Home Surveys and residential valuations by conducting detailed on-site inspections, identifying defects, and analysing comparable evidence to produce accurate RICS-compliant reports.

You'll manage your caseload independently, meet strict SLA requirements, and provide clear professional advice to clients and lenders. You'll also maintain precise documentation, uphold internal compliance standards, and operate remotely across the Preston patch with flexible Monday-Friday working hours. This role would suit an MRICS Qualified and Registered Valuer looking for an independent, exciting role offering an opportunity to further develop your skills and potential for customised progression plans.

The Role:

Managing own projects Conducting valuations and level 2 and 3 home surveys Meeting companies SLA Specifications Conduct detailed on-site inspections and identify defects Work on sites and remotely across Liverpool patch (Monday-Friday)
