The Opportunity

We’re expanding our team and seeking a Construction Planner to work alongside our Pre-Construction team across the North West. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that values shared success and long-term sustainability.

• Develop and maintain Pre-Construction, Contract, Target, and As-built programmes using Asta Power project.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and project teams to ensure accurate planning.
• Visit sites, review documentation, and attend pre-contract meetings.
• Liaise with clients, design teams, and supply chain partners to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) and internal procedures.

• Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes and various forms of contract.
• Strong understanding of SHE legislation, design coordination, and planning.
• Proficiency in Asta Power project planning software.
• Ability to stay updated on planning and building regulations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 per annum.
