Repairs Advisor
Temporary position until March 2026, 37 hours per week, £17 umbrella per hour, located in Penwortham, Lancashire. Office working required 5 days a week.
Responsibilities- Providing a first‑class front‑line service to social housing tenants
- Taking incoming calls around repairs
- Liaising with tenants over the phone, face to face and via email
- Taking requests for repairs, booking jobs and scheduling appointments with trade staff
- Ensuring accurate records are maintained
