My client, a highly respected international supplier, is seeking a customer-focused team player to support their dynamic service team on a temporary basis. If you thrive on delivering outstanding customer experiences, this is your chance to shine!

What you'll do:

• Be the first point of contact for pre-sales and stock enquiries, ensuring every customer interaction is exceptional
• Prepare accurate customer quotations
• Manage sample requests with precision
• Process incoming orders swiftly and accurately
• Keep audit trails and paperwork spot-on and compliant
• Follow up with customers to measure satisfaction and build lasting relationships

What we're looking for:

• A proactive, detail-oriented communicator who puts customers first
• SAP experience is a bonus!

Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
Contract: Temporary (covering sickness)
