As the team continues to grow, they are excited to expand their expertise across a range of impactful Healthcare projects, forging strong collaborations with NHS trusts, private healthcare providers, and specialist medical facilities.

Key Responsibilities for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:

Assist in the development of healthcare design concepts and detailed technical drawings.
Produce high-quality 3D models, renders, and visualisations tailored to clinical and patient-led environments.
Support the preparation of planning applications, healthcare compliance documents, and regulatory submissions.
Work closely with the design team to ensure project delivery aligns with healthcare standards, timelines, and quality expectations.
Attend client meetings, site visits, and project reviews with healthcare stakeholders.
Contribute to the creation of presentations, reports, and design documentation.
Conduct research into healthcare materials, medical equipment integration, and sector-specific design trends.

Key Requirements for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:

Proficiency in design software such as Revit.
Strong understanding of UK building regulations, planning policies, and healthcare-specific standards
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A creative and innovative approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
A genuine interest in sustainable and patient-centred healthcare design.
