Projects across the North West in Lancashire, Cumbria, Liverpool and Greater Manchester.

As Project Quantity Surveyor your key areas will include:

• Procurement of sub‑contractors and external applications for payment.
• Identification, pricing and agreement of change and valuation of sub‑contractor accounts.
• Commercial management of the projects.

Its ESSENTIAL to have:

• BSc, NVQ4 or MSC Qualification.
• Relevant CSCS card.

Site‑based working covering projects across the North West. Good variety of project exposure within civil engineering. Hybrid working.
