This is a predominantly office-based position, providing excellent hands‑on exposure to a wide range of networking environments.

• Supporting the investigation and resolution of network faults across hardware, software, and connectivity.
• Assisting with the setup, configuration, and testing of networking equipment including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless devices.
• Monitoring network performance and contributing to improvement initiatives.
• Helping to maintain network security tools and protocols such as VPNs and firewalls.
• Carrying out routine network maintenance including updates, patches, and documentation.

• A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related subject (or equivalent experience).
• A solid foundation in networking principles such as TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, and VLANs.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues.
