Finance Director £120k - £150k Reading A key leadership role within a growing international business Matrix structured global business About Our Client A market leader in their sector with a strong heritage in manufacturing of quality products.

Job Description This role involves managing core financial functions such as accounts payable/receivable, tax, audit, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess with strong management skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to lead and develop a team. Key requirements for the position include:

- Strong experience in tax compliance/planning - Expertise in financial controls/risk - Proficiency in financial reporting and budgeting/cost control - Leadership and development of a small finance function - Financial strategy - Cashflow and treasury management - External stakeholder management, banks, auditors, etc The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar sized global business and be comfortable in a matrix structured environment reporting into the Group CFO and interaction with Global CEO.

Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA 10  years of progressive experience in accounting, including team leadership.

Working experience s in accounting firms or similar industry are preferred. Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, auditing practices and tax regulations. Proficiency in accounting software (SAP preferred) Strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, formulas, data analysis) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities Effective communication and leadership skills High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism What's on Offer Excellent Package  Bens The role will be office based Contact Luisa Diamant Quote job
