FP&A Manager

Your new company Join a leading video gaming business and take your finance career to the next level. They're looking for a highly skilled Finance Manager to play a pivotal role in our Commercial & FP&A team. Your new role Prepare weekly/monthly financial reports for senior leadership and Group Finance, including KPI dashboards and variance analysis. Analyse game portfolio performance: growth trends, ROI on marketing, profitability, and key KPIs.

Act as a strategic business partner, collaborating with People & Culture, Product, Data Science, Tech, and Strategy teams. Support new game modelling, forecasting, and scenario analysis to inform business cases and growth plans. Drive continuous improvement, cost optimisation, and integration of new financial systems (Anaplan, D365). What you'll need to succeed Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent experience Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis within gaming, tech, or entertainment.

Expertise in financial systems (D365, BI tools) and advanced Excel modelling. Exceptional stakeholder management, analytical skills, and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
