• Full-time, 38.5 hours per week (3‑4 shifts per week)

  8pm – 8am, including alternate weekends

Ribble Court is a beautifully designed, purpose‑built 53‑bed care home offering exceptional nursing and dementia care. As a key member of our night team, you’ll help ensure residents receive compassionate, high‑quality care.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with personal care, nutrition, and bedtime routines
• Providing emotional support and companionship
• Encouraging engagement in meaningful activities
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and dignified environment
• Leading and mentoring care staff, including supervisions and appraisals
• Managing documentation and liaising with healthcare professionals

• Experienced in a senior or supervisory care role within a residential or nursing home
• Qualified to Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willing to work towards it)
• Calm, confident, and capable of leading a team under pressure
• Comfortable using digital care planning and record‑keeping systems
• Warm, empathetic, and committed to delivering outstanding care
• Flexible to work shifts that meet the needs of our residents
