Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time, 42 hrs/week

Salary: £34,510 to £35,427 (dependent on Level 3 qualification) inclusive of sleep‑in payments

• Ensure our children receive the highest level of support
• Support senior staff with timely updates
• Promote individuality, NOT a "one size fits all" approach
• Complete and update care plans regularly, incorporating any additional requirements
• Help maintain a warm, homely environment with light housekeeping duties
• Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support
• Plan and join fun activities such as trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights or creative projects

• Previous experience preferred; experience caring for a friend or family member is acceptable
• Ability to work toward a Level 3 qualification in Children’s Residential Care
• Manual UK driving licence is essential
• Open to ongoing development and learning with support from a friendly team
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
• Ability to cover day shifts with overnight sleep‑ins at the service
