Payroll Team Manager

Our client, a prestigious organisation within the Defence & Security sector, is currently seeking a Payroll Team Manager to lead their team on a 12-month contract based in Preston. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working 2-3 days from home and is pivotal in ensuring the payroll function operates efficiently and accurately.

• Managing the payroll team to ensure the timely and accurate processing of payroll for all employees
• Ensuring compliance with all payroll-related legislation and regulations
• Reviewing and improving payroll processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Handling escalated payroll issues and resolving any discrepancies
