M365 Platform Software Engineer

Overview

We are looking for an experienced engineer to manage our client's M365 application suite, providing the business with an effective and efficient collaboration platform for both internal users and external customers. This position plays a critical role in enabling efficient remote collaboration and supporting the organization’s digital communication strategy.

About the Role

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft 365 solutions to support the productivity and collaboration needs of the business, and play a critical role in ensuring seamless integration, security, and optimal performance of Microsoft 365 applications such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and One Drive.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the tailored solutions are delivered in line with the needs of the business.
• Proactively recommend new working practices and adhere to current best practices.
• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives and help drive productivity and efficiency across the organisation.

With over 2 years of experience in managing M365 environments, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and be able to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences.
