The team handles a national caseload on behalf of Registered Providers and Local Authorities, offering the opportunity to work on complex and meaningful litigation within a supportive environment.

This full-time role involves managing a varied caseload of defendant litigated housing disrepair claims and counterclaims. Duties include attending court hearings, delivering expert legal advice, collaborating on complex cases, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

The Candidate

• Solicitor with 0–4 years’ post-qualification experience or equivalent
• Experience and interest in housing disrepair litigation
• Commercially aware with enthusiasm for business development
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
