Zachary Daniels are recruiting General Manager Manager for a premium fast paced Coffee Shop in Preston With a salary of up to £32,000 plus an incredible bonus scheme and benefits, we are looking for a Coffee Shop Manager that is passionate about delivering a world-class experience for their customers and creating a fantastic environment for their team.

As a General Manager your responsibilities will include the following:

Driving customer service standards in your site.
Driving sales and ensuring site profitability.
Training, coaching and developing your team.
Maintain company and brand standards are maintained as well as adhering to H&S guidelines.
Achieving store and company KPI's.
Keeping up with current trends, including competitor analysis.

Have a proven track record in a fast paced environment.
