Network Plus is seeking a Site Manager to oversee the operational teams for the ENW Excavate and Lay contract in the North West, ensuring high standards of HSEQ performance, programme delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise delivery teams during site setup, excavation, backfill, reinstatement, and completion.
• Present Construction Phase Plan information, including RAMS, during site visits and brief team leaders on statutory and ENW requirements.
• Oversee opening/closing of street works permits and manage traffic and permit conditions per NRSWA.
• Ensure client and operational requirements are met professionally.
• Record daily measures of works for weekly payment submissions.
• Conduct toolbox talks for all site personnel.
• Coordinate with Traffic Management and local authorities to minimise disruption.
• Provide innovative input to the team, proposing solutions and embracing change.
• Promote and support BE:
  
  SAFE culture, ensuring safety issues are reported per company procedures.

Experience and Qualifications:

• SHEA (Power)
• NRSWA 1991 (Supervisor)
• EFAW
• IOSH or SMSTS (preferred)
• Trench Support/Deep Excavation (preferred)

Salary and Benefits:
£42,000 per year plus a full benefits package.
