• Lead the night team through effective planning, communication, and on-shift coaching.
• Deliver brilliant basics in stock availability, shelf‑edge standards, gap management and replenishment.
• Respond to incidents promptly, ensuring colleague safety and store security.
• Maintain accurate and timely shift reporting, handovers, and performance feedback.
• Champion a culture of inclusion, wellbeing, and high performance.

• Supervisory or management experience in retail, logistics, or operations.
• Strong leadership presence – calm under pressure with a passion for motivating others.
• Commitment to high standards in compliance, risk awareness, and operational routines.
• Ability to make decisions independently while keeping the wider team informed.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude with a drive to improve processes and people.
