Job: Multi-Function Retail Branch Manager

Salary: £27,100 per year (OTE £34,120)

Bonus: Monthly and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: 42.5 hours per week on rotational shift pattern (5 days on, 2 days off). Weekend work involved.

We are the UK’s favourite car‑buying service and are growing fast with over 500 branches and new sites opening each month. We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, honest, service‑driven individuals to join our team.

• Buy cars and ensure efficient running of the branch, acting as main point of contact for customers.
• Contact customers, prioritize diary to set appointments and meet targets.
• Conduct appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Liaise with back‑office and fellow colleagues.
• Assist transport department as required when not buying cars.

• Current full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience working in a target‑driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and independently (lone working).
• Ability to organize and prioritize own workload.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

We would prefer candidates with experience as a Sales Executive, Retailer, or Hospitality specialist who is used to working independently and wants opportunities with a market‑leading brand.
