Compensation: £25,000 – £28,000 per year, uncapped commission (OTE £50k), £250 car allowance per month, business travel paid, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, birthday day off.

Reporting to: Field Sales Manager

Hours: Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week

• Operate door‑to‑door sales, promoting You Fibre packages directly to residents.
• Create and nurture your own lead pipeline, guiding prospects through to conversion.
• Collaborate with line manager to showcase You Fibre’s benefits within targeted areas.
• Build relationships within the local community and with key stakeholders.

• Located within a 30‑minute drive of Preston.
• Full clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Valid right to work in the UK.

• Base salary £25k‑£28k (DOE) per annum.
