Job Description
A property development company is currently seeking a Senior Foreman to join their team in Pretoria. Candidate is to be highly experienced in single (individual) high-end residential development.
Requirements :
- Senior Certificate
- 6-10 years’ experience
- Extensive recent experience in single (individual) high-end residential developments
- Coordinate construction site and activities
- Management of subcontractors
- Administer construction safety practices with all on site activities.
- Experience with projects from inception to completion (hand over)
- Proficient in MS Office
