Our client, a reputable construction and facilities management firm operating in and around Pretoria, Gauteng, is seeking an experienced Post-Construction Cleaning Supervisor. This supervisory role is critical for ensuring that newly constructed or renovated sites are impeccably clean and ready for handover to clients or occupancy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cleaning operations, particularly in post-construction environments, coupled with leadership skills to manage a cleaning crew effectively.

You will be responsible for overseeing all cleaning activities, quality control, and ensuring that safety standards are strictly adhered to on construction sites across Pretoria. This is a hands-on supervisory position requiring dedication and a meticulous approach to delivering exceptional results.

• Supervise and direct a team of post-construction cleaners on various job sites.
• Develop and implement detailed cleaning plans and schedules for each project.
