• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, 3D visualizations, and construction documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, or related software.
• Conduct site visits, surveys, and inspections to ensure construction progress aligns with approved plans and specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, quantity surveyors, and other professionals to ensure design integrity and project efficiency.
• Advise clients on materials, finishes, design feasibility, and cost‑effective construction methods.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for multiple freelance projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate tender documentation, drawings, and specifications for project bidding and contractor appointments.
• Provide technical input during project execution and resolve on‑site architectural challenges.

• Knowledge of green building design principles and sustainable construction methods.
• Valid driver’s license and own transport (for site visits).
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and time management skills.
