Senior Mechanical Systems Engineer

• Lead the mechanical design and integration of complex industrial systems, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal performance.
• Develop detailed 3D CAD models, schematics, and precise Bills of Materials (BOMs) using industry-leading software.
• Perform in-depth engineering analyses, including stress, thermal, and vibration analysis, to validate design integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical, controls, and software engineers, to achieve integrated system solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical issues encountered during design, manufacturing, and field operation.
• Specify and select appropriate materials, components, and subsystems based on performance requirements and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and execute comprehensive testing and validation plans for mechanical systems and prototypes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of system design processes and standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff.
• Interface with suppliers and customers to define requirements and provide technical support.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in mechanical design and systems engineering.
• Strong proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., Inventor, Solid Works, CATIA) and PDM/PLM systems.
• Demonstrated experience with advanced engineering analysis tools (FEA, CFD).
• Solid understanding of system dynamics, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and material science.
• Proven ability to integrate complex mechanical, electrical, and control components into cohesive systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous approach to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience in cross-functional team collaboration.
• Experience with industrial automation, heavy machinery, or specialized equipment is highly desirable.
