Position : Nursing Manager / Matron

• Lead and inspire a skilled 24-hour nursing team.
• Oversee patient assessments, medication administration, and daily care planning.
• Ensure clinical compliance and quality improvement across all nursing functions.
• Collaborate closely with other professionals in delivering integrated care.
• Foster a culture of empathy, professionalism, and patient-centred excellence.

• Registration as a Mental Health Nurse and 5+ years of senior leadership in private psychiatric care.
• Confidence, calm leadership, and a genuine heart for people.
• A strong ability to balance structure with compassionate presence.
