• Lead the development of AEM Forms components, templates, and customizations.
• Oversee implementation of adaptive forms, document services, and data integrations.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Define and implement AEM Forms solutions and processes for enterprise-level deployments.
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of AEM platforms.
• Design workflows, templates, and integrations with backend systems.
• Integrate AEM Forms with other third‑party systems.
• Mentor and guide developers on AEM Forms and related technologies.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure quality assurance.
• Collaborate with client business analysts, QA teams, project managers, and business teams.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and resources for AEM Forms projects.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Monitor and optimize AEM Forms performance.
• Implement caching, branching strategies, and load balancing for high availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Implement secure form handling and encryption for sensitive data.
