As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Raw Material Dispenser at our RCL FOODS BEVERAGES operating unit.

• Grade 12/ NQF 4 equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 year manufacturing experience.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Storage area control
• Safety Health and Environmental aspects
• Cycle counting and reconciliation
• Stock rotation (FIFO)

• Request and receive all raw material from Stores
• Complete and record all records and proper label all raw material
• Weigh raw material according to recipe and in compliance with relevant SOP’s
• Correct storage of material in Dispense Room
• Ensure good housekeeping
• Attend and participate in all relevant company safety programs
• Maintain workplace safety and follow established safety guidelines
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices this would include wearing required PPE in designated areas, confined space safety, safe chemical handling and fall restraints
• Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately
• Utilizing continuous improvement mind-set, assist in identifying opportunities to improve process
• Work shifts as required
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety
