Location: Prince Albert, SK
Classification: Full-Time, Immediate Hire

Your area of focusThe Parts Advisor will research and source parts for customers and technicians, ensure timely and accurate part orders, and facilitate the sales process. The role involves issuing price quotes, selling parts, and handling special‑order requests. It also includes managing inventory, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and following safety policies.
What drives your day‑to‑day- Research and source parts for customers or technicians
- Issue parts price quotes
- Sell parts to customers or service work orders
- Complete special‑order parts requests that need to be ordered by the customer
- Communicate with customers on the status of any parts ordered and notify them upon delivery to the dealership
- Pick‑up parts for customers or technicians as required
- Restock shelves and put warranty parts into appropriate bins
- Keep work area and displays clean
- Must follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Other duties as required
- Some familiarity and/or experience with working in an automotive dealership and/or Parts Department
- Completion of a related post‑secondary program and/or training courses is considered an asset
- Experience with CDK is considered an asset
- General understanding of Parts & Service operations and inventory management
- Strong diplomacy, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Professionalism and high integrity, trusted by others, consistently honors commitments
- Detail oriented, self‑motivated, and resourceful
- High‑level skills in Word, Excel, and MS Office
- Ability to meet physical demands such as heavy lifting, standing for long periods
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving history
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
