Job Description

Saskatchewan Health Authority – North East, seeking an Adult Psychiatrist for full time work. The successful candidate will possess a strong team approach and join a collegial group practice of Psychiatrists who enjoy a broad scope of practice including outpatients, acute care and shared call responsibilities.

The has a province-wide model of distributed medical education designed to foster a province-wide College. The College has a well-resourced framework across the continuum that results in quality community partnerships, successful and comparable students across all sites, elevated community health, and better graduate retention in communities.

The Victoria Hospital is a regional hospital with 164 acute care beds including an 8 bed intensive care unit that provides services to a population of 80,000 which includes northern and northeastern Saskatchewan. Dubbed “The Gateway to the North”, Prince Albert is in close proximity to a multitude of freshwater lakes and woodlands with outdoor activities for every season.

Obstetrics/Gynecology

General Surgery

Radiology

Psychiatry

Ophthalmology

Urology

General Internal Medicine

Anesthesiology

Pathology

ENT
