Lake Country Co-operative Association Limited invites applications for the position of Full-Time Security & Experience Clerk at our Wine, Spirits, and Beer-South Hill location in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the Wine, Spirits, and Beer Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include:

• Demonstrate behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-op's vision, mission, and safety principles to positively impact members' lives, with a strong customer-focused approach.
• Provide excellent service at all touchpoints through various communication channels.
• Regularly inspect and patrol premises, including entrances and parking areas.
• Investigate and act as security agents in coordination with Area Team Leaders and guests.
• Address infractions or incidents and report to the appropriate Team Leader and Asset Protection.
• Utilize de-escalation techniques to manage and resolve conflicts, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
• Respond to radio calls and investigate disturbances as needed by the department.
• Keep daily logs of activities.
• Alert authorities in emergencies such as fires or unauthorized persons.
• Circulate among visitors and patrons to maintain order and enforce trespassing rules for uninvited persons.
• Respond appropriately to shoplifting notifications and monitor internal and external loss.
• Perform cart service, general cleaning, and site and image maintenance.
• Provide member service and customer care as assigned.
• Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, and candidates must be 19 years of age or older. Experience as a security guard and in customer service is an asset.
