Responsibilities- Ensure the pharmacy meets all provincial regulatory and legislative requirements.
- Foster professionalism, good business practices, and a strong work ethic.
- Operate the pharmacy efficiently with focus on staff productivity, training, team building, and payroll.
- Plan resources addressing manpower needs, staff performance standards, training, and development.
- Communicate and execute all company directives, policies, procedures, programs and initiatives.
- Maintain inventory control and processes.
- Build the pharmacy business, increasing sales and profit.
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy with 2–3 years of pharmacy experience.
- Strong supervisory skills.
