We are seeking Guest Service Representatives and Events Security Officers with exceptional communication and customer service skills to provide security services at concerts, festivals, and sporting events.   • Guest Services $19.50

    Security $21.00

    Advance First Aid Training (OFA3) certified $23.50

    • WHAT DOES AN EVENT SECURITY OFFICER OR GUEST SERVICES DO
    ?

  • Monitor surveillance and crowd control
  • Deliver outstanding customer service

  • Address and resolve incidents as they arise

    QUALIFICATIONS TO JOIN OUR TEAM

  • Flexible availability to accommodate varied event schedules
  • Clear criminal background check
  • Clear child abuse registry check
  • Eligibility to work in Canada
  • Availability for evening shifts (start times vary: 3 PM, 4 PM, 5 PM, etc.) as most events occur during the evening
  • Only Events Security Officer needs a valid BC Security Guard License (OFA Level 3 or Traffic Control Ticket considered assets), Guest Service Representatives do not.

    High School Diploma/GED
