3rd Line Support Engineer
Princes Risborough (Hybrid)
£35,000 – £40,000
We’re looking for a skilled and proactive 3rd Line Support Engineer to join a thriving IT services team supporting schools across the UK. This is a great opportunity to use your technical expertise to make a real impact in the education sector.
What you’ll do:
- Provide 2nd & 3rd line support, acting as the main technical escalation point
- Resolve complex IT issues, ensuring minimal disruption to school operations
- Mentor 1st and 2nd line colleagues
- Lead IT projects from planning to implementation
- Support internal networks and deliver staff training as needed
What you’ll bring:
- Strong experience with Windows Server, AD, Hyper-V, and Office
365/Azure - Excellent troubleshooting skills and confident decision-making under pressure
- A customer-first mindset with great communication skills
- A friendly, flexible, and team-oriented approach
