Schedule/Shift

12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a guaranteed 36 hours per week. No call required.

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an ICU Registered Nurse in Providence, Rhode Island. You will provide critical care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit, utilizing your expertise to monitor and manage complex health conditions. Your role is vital in ensuring the highest standards of patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor vital signs and manage complex medical equipment.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.

Required Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in an Intensive Care Unit setting is required.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
