This position requires a skilled machinist who can set up, operate, edit programs, and troubleshoot CNC milling and turning equipment while producing precision components according to blueprints and manufacturing specifications. Candidates must have2–5 years of hands‑on CNC machining experience, strong blueprint‑reading skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Candidates must have previous professional CNC machining experience, with2–5 years of experience required.
• Hands‑on experience with CNC mills and/or lathes, including machine setup, operation, program editing, and troubleshooting, is essential.
• Candidates must be able to read and interpret engineering blueprints, technical drawings, dimensions, and machining specifications.
• Knowledge of CNC programming and the ability to make applicable program adjustments are required.

• Candidates must have their own machining tools and be comfortable working independently without constant supervision.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling and/or lathe equipment to manufacture precision components according to blueprints, work orders, and production specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings to determine machining requirements, dimensions, and applicable tolerances.
• Prepare CNC machinery for production, including tooling setup, material positioning, and applicable machine adjustments.
• Edit and adjust CNC programs as needed to maintain machining accuracy and production efficiency.
• Troubleshoot machining issues, identify potential causes of dimensional inconsistencies, and make appropriate corrections.
• Monitor machining operations to ensure equipment functions properly and finished components meet established quality standards.
• Inspect completed parts using appropriate measuring instruments and verify dimensional accuracy.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, operate machinery safely, and follow all company safety procedures.
• Perform additional machining and production responsibilities as assigned.
