Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally (Sales, Purchase, Expense, Payments, Receipts).

Manage vendor invoices, GRN verification, and matching with purchase orders.

Maintain books of accounts:
Ledger, Trial Balance, P&L, Balance Sheet.

Prepare GST workings:
Sales, Purchase, Input credit, GSTR-1 & 3B data.

Handle TDS calculation, deduction, and payment.

Maintain petty cash and daily cash book.

Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT).

Coordinate with internal departments:
Store, Purchase, Production for cost data.

Prepare monthly MIS reports, cost sheets, and expense summaries.

Support audits (internal and statutory) with document preparation.

Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedule.

Reconcile bank accounts, vendor statements, and customer outstanding.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of Tally ERP.

Understanding of GST, TDS, and manufacturing cost flow.

Good Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Basic formulas).

Accuracy in bookkeeping and documentation.

Communication and coordination skills.

Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance

Additional certification in accounting is a plus.
