About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented US Tax and Payroll Accountant to join our growing team. This position requires working night shifts to support our international operations, particularly clients in the U.S.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing payroll, tax compliance, accounting and financial reporting for clients and companies.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
Handle end-to-end payroll activities, book-keeping and professional tax filings.
Stay up to date with changes in tax laws, payroll regulations, and accounting standards.
Perform bookkeeping tasks and provide the Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet to the clients on a monthly basis.
Collaborate with international clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on payroll and tax matters.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.  (Additional preference given to Enrolled Agents & US CPA)
0–3 years of relevant experience in US taxation, payroll and accounting.
Experience working with international clients is a strong plus.
Strong understanding of US tax laws and payroll regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software.
Excellent Verbal, written and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently during night shifts and manage time effectively.

This role requires full-time night shift and availability to work in the office. Only candidates who are comfortable working during U.S. hours   and who are willing to come to the office should apply. There is no work from home or hybrid mode of working.
