Semi Qualified CA

We are hiring a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Semi Qualified
Chartered Accountant for our well known CA firm in Pune.

As a Semi Qualified CA, you will be responsible for assisting our senior CA in performing a variety of accounting, taxation, and audit tasks, as well as gaining practical experience in the field of finance and accounting.

Responsibilities:

1.Assist in the preparation of GST returns, TDS returns, and basic Income Tax Compliances,
including reconciliations and supporting documentation.

2.Handle day-to-day accounting work, including, ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliations,
and preparation of client working papers.

3.Support    Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, and other audit assignments by extracting data,
conducting sampling, vouching, and maintaining audit documentation.

4.Assist in preparing MIS reports, financial schedules, and analytical summaries for senior
review.

5.Conduct research on accounting, tax, and regulatory matters.

6.Participate in professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirement:

1.Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and basic tax concepts.

2.Min 2 to 3 years of Experience in GST, TDS, or general accounting work in a CA firm (mandatory).

3.Good communication and interpersonal skills.

4.Capability to guide and manage junior team members for smooth execution of work.

5.Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
(Tally, zoho books etc.)

6.Eagerness to learn and contribute to diverse assignments, including new and evolving areas.
