Roles and Responsibilities Details
1. Patient Financial Consultation - Meet with patients to discuss and explain IVF treatment costs, financial policies, and payment options.
2. Financial Planning and Counselling - Provide detailed cost estimates for various treatment plans and procedures.
- Offer financial planning advice to help patients manage the costs of treatment effectively.
3. Payment Management - Set up payment plans and ensure patients understand the terms and conditions.
- Monitor and follow up on patient accounts to ensure timely payments.
4. Documentation and Record Keeping - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for all patients.
- Prepare financial reports and documentation as required.
5. Patient Support and Education - Educate patients about available financial assistance programs and resources.
- Provide ongoing support and answer any financial-related questions patients may have.
6. Collaboration with Medical Staff - Work closely with medical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Communicate any financial concerns that may impact patient treatment plans.
7. Compliance and Policy Adherence - Ensure all financial practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Adhere to the IVF centre’s financial policies and procedures.
8. Continuous Improvement - Stay informed about changes in healthcare financing, insurance policies, and IVF treatment costs.
- Suggest improvements to financial processes and patient support strategies.
9. Professional Development - Participate in relevant training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
