FIT, a Soul Nourish Works company, is Pune’s leading precision-nutrition cloud kitchen delivering high-protein, health-focused meals for working professionals, athletes, and wellness clients.

We combine science-backed nutrition with gourmet flavours to help customers achieve fat loss, PCOS/thyroid support, diabetes support, muscle gain, and overall wellness through clean eating.

As we expand, we are looking for a dynamic Part-Time Nutritionist who can guide clients with personalised plans and confidently deliver nutrition talks at wellness events.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Consultation & Meal Planning

- Conduct onboarding calls/Whats App consults for new customers.
- Create weekly customised plans for: PCOS , Thyroid & hormonal issues, Diabetes & insulin resistance, Weight loss / fat loss, Muscle gain, Athletes & gym-goers
- Adjust meal plans weekly based on client progress.
- Track protein, fibre, calories, and macros of subscription customers using our menu.

2. Wellness Events

- Deliver engaging talks on:

o  High-protein diets and nutrition

o  PCOS & thyroid-friendly eating

o  Fat-loss science

o  Smart snacking

o  Pre- & post-workout nutrition

- Conduct Q&A sessions on digital platform and at partner events.
- Support the BD team in demos and sampling events.

3. Daily Customer Support

- Clarify nutrition questions on Whats App.
- Provide advice on portion control, ingredients, substitutions.
- Document weekly client progress & insights.

4. Menu Collaboration & R&D

- Work with our kitchen on new products.
- Ensure nutritional accuracy of ingredients and macros.
- Improve existing recipes for metabolic health, PCOS, thyroid needs.
- Occasionally create content for digital outreach

Mandatory Qualifications and Skills

B.Sc Nutrition & Dietetics/ Diploma in Sports Nutrition/ M.Sc Clinical Nutrition or Food Science/ PG Diploma in Dietetics (PGDD)

· Strong understanding of metabolic health, PCOS, thyroid, and diabetic-friendly nutrition.

· Confident public speaking skills for gyms and corporates

· Excellent communication (English + Hindi; Marathi is a bonus)

· Ability to simplify scientific nutrition for everyday audiences

· Good Whats App communication style; quick response ability

· Compassion, patience, and customer-first mindset
