We are seeking a  Junior Account Manager  to join our team, someone who is detail-oriented, data-driven, and eager to grow in the US healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Data Analysis:  Interpret and analyze financial data to improve revenue performance.
Revenue Cycle Management (RCM):
Handle end-to-end AR processes, claims follow-ups, and collections.
Provider Billing & Verification:  Validate provider claims, identify discrepancies, and ensure accurate billing.
Adjustments & Patient Balance Analysis:  Reconcile accounts and process necessary adjustments.
Eligibility & Benefits Verification:  Verify insurance details to prevent claim denials.
Practice Management Support:  Assist in daily operational and financial tasks.
Report Generation & Presentation:  Create data-driven reports and present insights to stakeholders.
Quality & Timeliness:  Ensure accuracy and meet deadlines for all deliverables.
Collaboration with Leadership:  Work closely with senior management to develop innovative client solutions.
