Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive revenue growth in the US market. The role focuses on selling staff augmentation and offshore project delivery across Salesforce, Microsoft technologies, Web & Mobile Development, and AI/ML projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong US client–facing experience, a proven track record in IT services sales, and the ability to build long-term strategic relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow business in the US region through staff augmentation and offshore project models

• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with mid-market and enterprise clients

• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and partnerships

• Sell technology solutions across:

• Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, integrations)

• Microsoft technologies (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, .NET)

• Web & Mobile Development (React, Angular, Java, Node, iOS, Android)

• AI/ML, Data Engineering, and Automation solutions

• Engage with client stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, Engineering Heads, and Procurement teams

• Work closely with delivery, pre-sales, and recruitment teams to ensure solution alignment

• Prepare proposals, pricing models, SOWs, and contract negotiations

• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the US IT services market

Required Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in IT services sales / business development

• Strong experience selling staff augmentation and offshore delivery models

• Proven success selling to US clients (direct or via GCCs / global accounts)

• Solid understanding of Salesforce, Microsoft stack, web/mobile, and AI project sales

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Experience working with US time zones and stakeholders

• Ability to work independently and drive deals end-to-end

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing network of US clients or decision-makers

• Experience working with startups, ISVs, or enterprise accounts

• Familiarity with RFP/RFI processes

• Prior experience in scaling offshore delivery teams
